This website offers a property location service: a paid service through which we search for properties in Spain on behalf of a buyer, according to the requirements that buyer gives us.

We are not an estate agency. We do not own or sell property, we do not act as your legal representative in a purchase, and we do not provide legal, tax, financial or investment advice.

Prices shown on this website

The registration fee is €110.00 for twelve months for clients based in the European Union, and £110.00 for twelve months for clients based in the United Kingdom. Each figure is the final price payable and includes Spanish VAT (IVA) at 21 % on a net fee of €90.91 or £90.91 respectively.

3. Using this website

By browsing this website you accept these terms. You agree to use the site lawfully and in good faith, and not to use it in any way that damages it, prevents other users from using it normally, or attempts to gain unauthorised access to it.

You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you send us through the registration or contact forms.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The locatespain name, logo and wordmark, together with the design, structure and original texts of this website, belong to the owner identified above and may not be reproduced without written permission.
